I joined Dicarina as an intern in February 2023 with the aim of carrying out a project that would help me complete my university studies. During my three and a half months of internship, I managed to analyze, learn, and execute various tasks that are now significantly contributing to my professional growth. At the end of my internship period, Dicarina offered me the position of Brand Analyst. Despite having other options, I knew this was the place where I wanted to continue growing. Now, five months later, with greater demands and responsibilities, I am still learning and developing skills that I didn't even know I had. I am confident that, with the help of my colleagues and mentors, I will continue to progress and grow within Dicarina.
My journey at Dicarina began on January 17, 2017, as an intern in the marketing department. Through my hard work and dedication, I was hired as a brand analyst after a few months, and today I have the privilege of serving as Brand Manager. Working in the fast-moving consumer goods industry makes you more responsive to changes and quick decision-making. Teamwork is essential, as each member has their responsibility, and the organization and empowerment of each task crucially impact the final result. Dicarina has taught me to turn obstacles into opportunities and has shown me that limits only exist in our minds. I am grateful for the opportunity. My career began in the year 2018, the year I joined this grand company as an intern. In my early days at Dicarina, I carried out my professional internship in the Internal Control and Distribution department, areas that inspired me and filled me with both theoretical and practical knowledge. After completing my professional internship, I received my first formal job offer from the Human Talent Department, which I undoubtedly accepted immediately. t's already been five and a half years within the organization, years during which I've had the privilege of collaborating with talented colleagues and inspiring mentors who have guided me in my professional development.I currently hold the position of Compensation and Benefits Specialist under the Human Talent Directorate. I will always be grateful to God and Dicarina for giving me the opportunity to be part of and grow together with this organization.
During my internship period, I exerted maximum effort to learn and excel in all assigned tasks. My dedication was total in every project. On March 10th, my precious internship period ended, and although I didn't know if I would have the opportunity to return, today, Wednesday, May 10th, I celebrate my second week as a collaborator. I am putting into practice everything I learned during the internship and more. My effort and dedication were recognized, and Dicarina provided me with this valuable opportunity!
